A poetry walk through Bangor, whatever the weather, featuring readings by guest poets in some unexpected places. The event will commence with a reading by Gwyn Thomas at the Whistlestop Café on the pier at noon. Anyone is welcome to join the walk from the beginning or at the following points:
13.00: Deiniol Centre / Town Clock, performances and special events by Twm Morys, Ben Stammers, Hywel Edwards and guest poets.
13.20: Unit 13 of the Deiniol Centre will be the venue for Bangor Eye - a free audio-visual presentation, comprising images and text by Ben Stammers, and live music by Hywel Edwards. All welcome.
13.45: Library, reading by international poets.
14.00: Oriel Bangor - launch of Wordpharmacy exhibition by Morten Søndergaard.
14.30: Palas Print bookshop, reading by Ian Gregson and Lyndon Davies.
