The North Wales International Poetry Festival brings leading poets from around Europe to Mold for a unique encounter between cultures. Presented with translation into Welsh and English, this is a chance to hear some of the most vibrant contemporary voices in their own languages. If it is sometimes said that poetry is what is lost in translation, this event will show what is gained when different ways of looking at the world spark each other into life. The event will be introduced by Zoë Skoulding, editor of Poetry Wales.
